Requiem for Aleppo is a non political artistic response to the human tragedy in Syria. The original music is a combination of Requiem Mass lyrics set to choral music, Arabic poetry and real-life stories of people from Aleppo. The production fuses the music with dance performed by dancers from around the world.
Our Objective
Our objective is to raise funds and awareness for Syria. All money raised from ticket sales to the premiere and donations collected during the Live-Stream were donated to Syria Relief and Techfugees. In the future we will continue to support charities working in Syria.
